Introduction

Innovation Centre for Clean-air Solutions (ICCS) is an environmental think-tank focusing on promoting clean and sustainable development in China. ICCS was founded in 2012 to act as the secretariat of Clean Air Alliance of China(CAAC), an international platform of think-tanks targeting at cleaning up China’s air pollution via strengthened and systematic technical support on policy making and implementation at national and local levels.
